Peacock feather hair clips are a brilliant showcase of vintage style fashion for your 'do. Instructions
1. Plug in a hot glue gun. While it's heating, use scissors to cut a piece of black felt into a 1/2-by-1/2-inch square.
2. Arrange some peacock feathers in an attractive cluster, with the hard tips gathering together on top of the piece of felt. Use one hand to hold the feathers in place and the other to carefully dot some hot glue on top of them, binding the feathers to the felt. Wait a few minutes for the glue to set.
3. Use the scissors to cut away any excess black felt that is not attached to the cluster of peacock feathers. Dot some hot glue on the back of the felt and secure to a metal hair clip, using tweezers to hold in place so you don't burn yourself.
