Fort Bragg Leisure Time RV Park


Fort Bragg Leisure Time RV Park is open year-round for RV and tent campers. The park has a total of 70 sites for pull-throughs with full hookups that can accommodate RVs up to 40 feet in length. Amenities at the park are 30-amp electric hookups, satellite TV, a dump station and group facilities. Some phone hookups and handicap facilities are available. There are no cabins or rental units available, but you can camp at a primitive campsite that has picnic tables and a fire ring but no water or electricity. Pets are allowed, and children 5 years old and younger can stay at no additional cost. Leisure Time RV Park is close to many local attractions such as Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, Glass Beach, Ricochet Ridge Ranch and The Mendocino Chocolate Company.

Sutter Street Mobile Home Park


Sutter Street Mobile Home Park is fenced community that consists mostly of adults and seniors. RV spaces for RVs up to 40 feet in length are available year-round for monthly rates. Amenities include full hookups, 25- to 50-amp electric connections, picnic tables, cable TV and phones. Some sites enable you to have satellite TV. The park has concrete driveways, some pull-through sites, some concrete patios and is lit at night. For your convenience, a laundry facility is available. You also can purchase gas at the gas station next door, and the park has a full-time resident manager. Monthly RV and boat storage spaces are available. Sutter Street Mobile Home Park is close to parks, shopping malls, restaurants and an organic market. You can also go fishing, boating, rafting and hiking in Feather River.
