Create a feather headband to express your style.

Feathered headbands are easy to make and look great as hair accessories. They can be worn by young and old alike. Feather headband crafts may be made elegant, colorful, or playful. They are a great craft for meeting the taste of a variety of personalities.
Elegant Feather Headband Pieces
The right feather headband piece can add a touch of elegance to the most sophisticated attire. These headbands are decorated with a small mass of feathers located on the side. Larger, patterned feathers and skinny headbands look best. Use a hot glue gun to attach feathers in the desired arrangement to interfaced fabric. Once the feathers are on, add to the hair piece by gluing buttons or other accessories to the middle of the feathers. Simply use a strip of construction paper to create the band. Wrap it around the child's head to ensure the proper fit then staple it together to make a loop.
