What are allergies and how do you get them?
Allergens are from pollen, mold, dust, pollen, and pets. Peanuts can trigger allergies. More than 20% of Americans suffer from allergies. Symptoms are skin rash, runny nose or watery eyes. Here's dodge allergies.
Instructions
1. If you are allergic to eggs substitute eggs for 1 teaspoon baking powder plus 1 Tablespoon water and 1 Tablespoon vinegar. Or 1 Teaspoon yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water. Or mix 1 1/2 teaspoon water with 1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Many pastas come with eggs. Ingredients will say albumin, globulin, or ovomucin.
2. Wheat. Substitute wheat with rice flour, potato starch, soy flour or corn flour.
Rotate foods to pinpoint specific foods you might be allergic to.
3. Drink green tea, eat buckwheat, kiwis or fish. These will open up a stuffy nose because they contain natural antihistamine.
Green tea will block or shut down receptors that tell your body to react to allergens.
Buckwheat is found in apples, onions, and citrus fruits. This will regulate your membranes to release histamine.
Kiwis will keep your white blood cells from releasing histamine.
Lean meats and fish will prevent your cells from releasing histamine.
4. Exercise indoors.
If pollen counts are high, stay inside.
Use feather pillows. Fake or synthetic pillows are proven to contain allergens.
Steam clean your carpets regularly to remove dust mites.
Keep humidity in your home below 50%.
Wash your bedding one time a week in hot water. Run your pillows in the dryer.
