If you go to any live wrestling event, you'll likely see someone dressed as Hulk Hogan, in the red and yellow with the bandanna and boas. If you're looking to play the Hulkster at the next World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) event or costume party, you can simply turn a bunch of old clothes into a costume. Here's how.
Instructions
1. Start with a red or yellow t-shirt. Remove both sleeves. Writing "Hulkamania" or "Hulk Rules" on the front in the opposite color will add to the effect.
2. Dye a pair of pants in a red and yellow splatter style. Jeans might take the dye better, but tight sweatpants will add a more authentic look.
3. Put on a pair of red boots, preferably with laces. If red boots are hard to find, any pair of old boots with the red dye can work in a pinch.
4. Get a blond wig that goes to the shoulders if your hair isn't already this color and length. You shouldn't need to make up the bald spot because of the bandanna you'll add later.
5. Add a blond mustache. If you're going for the '80s-style Hulk, a small one will do, but a more recent Hogan will include a thick one with chops all the way down to the chin.
6. Tie a red bandanna over your head. Writing "Hulk" or "Hulkamania" in yellow letters over the forehead will add to the costume.
7. Finish the costume with a pair of stylish, red-rimmed sunglasses and a pair of feather boas, one red and one yellow.
